Between you and CryptoPilot Technologies Pte. Ltd.
These terms govern your use of the CryptoPilot platform — the web dashboard, mobile apps, APIs and every analytical service we provide through them. They are written to be read, not merely accepted. If a clause is unclear, ask us before you agree to it rather than after.
By creating an account, connecting an exchange or otherwise using CryptoPilot, you enter into a binding agreement with CryptoPilot Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("CryptoPilot", "we", "us"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company or fund, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to it.
These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout. Where a plan term conflicts with this document, the plan term governs for that plan only.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the platform. There is no partial acceptance.
You may use CryptoPilot only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and are not barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions regime.
Live trading requires identity verification. We may request documents to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations, and may limit or suspend features until verification completes.
CryptoPilot is analytical software. We aggregate market data, run models over it, and give you an interface to route orders to exchanges where you already hold an account. Specifically, we provide:
Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Content is general in nature and takes no account of your circumstances, objectives, tax position or risk tolerance.
Every decision you make using CryptoPilot is yours alone. Before trading, consider seeking advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Our models produce probabilistic output from historical and live data. Published accuracy rates describe how signals have performed in the past across all tracked assets. They are a record, not a forecast, and they do not apply to any individual signal.
You remain responsible for evaluating any signal before acting on it, and for the consequences of acting on it.
Connecting an exchange grants CryptoPilot permission to read your balances and place orders under the API key you supply. Keys are encrypted at rest and used only to deliver the features you have enabled.
You acknowledge that losses are possible on any trade, including trades placed on a high-confidence signal or by automated execution, and that you alone bear them. Leverage and derivatives amplify both direction and speed of loss.
Backtested or simulated results shown anywhere on the platform have inherent limitations: they are constructed with hindsight and do not reflect slippage, fees or the behaviour of a live order book.
Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
Exchange trading fees are separate and charged by your exchange. CryptoPilot adds no per-trade markup.
You agree not to:
Security researchers acting in good faith under our responsible-disclosure policy are exempt from the vulnerability clause. Report findings to security@cryptopilot.example.
The platform, its models, interfaces, documentation and branding remain ours. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own trading — nothing more is transferred.
Content you provide — notes, strategy configurations, watchlists, uploaded data — remains yours. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell it and we do not train shared models on your private trading data.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing it stops billing and revokes every exchange connection; it does not close open positions, which remain your responsibility on the exchange.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, in breach of section 9, or in a way that endangers the platform or other users. Where the law allows and it is safe to do so, we give notice and a chance to remedy first.
On termination your licence ends immediately. We retain data only as described in the Privacy Policy, and you may export it before closure.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy or completeness of data. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the narrowest permitted limitation applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before formal proceedings, both sides agree to attempt resolution in good faith for 30 days after written notice of a dispute.
Unresolved disputes are referred to and finally settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, before a single arbitrator, in English, seated in Singapore. Claims are brought individually — class or representative actions are not available.
Consumers retain any right they have under local law to bring proceedings in their home courts, and this section does not remove it.
We may update these terms as the platform and the law change. Material changes are announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect; minor corrections take effect on posting. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and earlier versions are archived on request.
If you continue using CryptoPilot after a change takes effect, you accept the revised terms. If you do not, close your account before that date and, for an annual plan cancelled because of a material change, we will refund the unused portion.
