Setting up and connecting accounts
Open Settings → API Keys and create a key on your exchange with read and trade permissions. Paste it into CryptoPilot and the connection is live immediately.
Never grant withdrawal permission to any third-party key. CryptoPilot does not need it, and no legitimate service will ask for it.
Binance, Coinbase Advanced, Kraken, OKX and Bybit have full trade support. Nine more are available in read-only mode for portfolio tracking, with trade support rolling out through the year.
Level 1 gives you market data, analytics and paper trading with no verification. Live trading requires Level 2, and unlimited withdrawals require Level 3. Most verifications complete within an hour.
Yes. Connected exchanges backfill automatically up to the limit their API allows — usually three to twelve months. Anything older can be imported by CSV, and the analytics pages will include it once processed.
How the models work and what they mean
Price and volume across venues, order book depth, derivatives positioning, on-chain flows and news sentiment. Each signal lists the factors that drove it, so you can judge the reasoning rather than the score alone.
High-confidence signals have hit their target 72% of the time over the trailing twelve months, against a 50% coin-flip baseline. Medium-confidence signals sit near 61%.
Those are historical rates measured across all tracked assets. They describe the model's past behaviour, not a forecast — no signal is a guarantee, and position sizing matters more than hit rate.
Yes, but it is off by default. Enable it under Settings → Trading Defaults, where you can also cap position size and restrict auto-execution to high-confidence signals only.
Signals are re-scored as new data arrives. If the conditions that produced a signal no longer hold, the confidence drops or the signal is withdrawn entirely. You will get a notification when a signal you acted on changes materially.
Protecting your account and funds
No. API keys are stored encrypted and are only ever used to read balances and place orders. Withdrawals happen on your exchange, protected by its own allowlist and two-factor confirmation.
Use one of the backup codes issued when you enabled two-factor authentication. If those are also lost, contact support — recovery requires identity verification and a 48-hour hold before access is restored.
Settings → Active Sessions lists every signed-in device with its location and last activity. Sign out individually, or use "Sign out all" to end every session including the current one.
Subscriptions, fees and refunds
Free covers market data and paper trading. Starter adds live trading and alerts. Advanced adds portfolio analytics and risk tools. Pro Trader adds the full AI signal suite and API access. Institutional adds dedicated infrastructure and support.
Yes. Your subscription covers the platform; your exchange charges its own maker and taker fees on each fill. CryptoPilot adds no per-trade markup — the fee you see at order preview is the exchange's.
Yes. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase are refunded in full.
