Keys with trade permission can place and cancel orders but can never withdraw funds — withdrawals always require the allowlist and two-factor confirmation. The tax export key has been idle for six months and can safely be revoked.

    Download every trade, transfer and setting as CSV. Delivered by email within 24 hours.

  • Disable account

    Suspends trading and API access. Balances stay intact and you can reactivate at any time.

  • Delete account

    Permanently removes your account and history. Withdraw all balances first — funds cannot be recovered afterwards.

Deletion requires two-factor confirmation and a 48-hour cooling period before it takes effect.
