What happens when I change plan mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep the higher tier until then.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual plans are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes — USDC and USDT on Ethereum, Solana or Polygon. Crypto payments are annual only, and settle at the rate quoted at checkout.
Is there a discount for teams?
Five or more seats on Pro Trader qualify for volume pricing. Contact sales and we'll quote against your seat count and expected API usage.
